service area & freight guidelines
We currently operate exclusively within Southern California. Once you submit a quote request, we will confirm whether your pickup and delivery locations fall within our service range.
To protect your freight and ensure smooth handling, we require the following:
Pallets must be in good condition
Boxes/items on pallets must be shrink-wrapped whenever possible
If shrink-wrapping is not feasible, freight must be securely strapped or fastened
Unsecured or damaged freight may be refused at pickup
⚠️ In the event of a refusal due to improper packaging, the visit will be considered an attempted pickup, and a fee may apply.
